Brandcrstock aims to ensure you are satisfied with any products or services. This policy outlines returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not exclude your statutory rights.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if goods or services fail to meet consumer guarantees—for example, if they are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, or are not fit for purpose. If there is a major failure (e.g. the product is unsafe, seriously defective, or would not have been acquired if the failure had been known), you have the right to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement. For a non-major failure we may offer repair or replacement; if that is not done within a reasonable time you may be entitled to a refund. These rights apply regardless of any voluntary returns policy we offer. We do not use phrases such as “no refunds” or “no refunds on sale items” to exclude these rights.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within a reasonable time with your order details and reason. For eligible returns, we will advise on the process (e.g. return address, packaging). Some items (e.g. opened cosmetics) may be subject to hygiene restrictions; we will inform you when relevant. Your right to a remedy for faulty goods or major failures is not affected by such restrictions where the ACL applies.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under the ACL (including for major failure), we will process it using the original payment method within a reasonable period. For change-of-mind returns we may offer a refund at our discretion where the product is unused and in resaleable condition; this is in addition to your statutory rights, which we do not exclude.
